Entrance in UD premises is allowed to the holders of the following ID cards:

• MoD universal ID card (with number 2994 stated in front or red MO - I);
• MoD standby team ID card (with red MO – X stated in front);
• employee’s ID card;
• UD student ID card;
• temporary entrance permit card (valid only together with personal ID card);
• entrance permit for catering of persons from outside UD/military – valid for one of the premises, as indicated.

or on the basis of the following documents:

• Approved organisational order – under permanent escort by appointed person and referred to visitor’s ID card;
• personnel list approved for particular purpose, such as performing work, attendance to a conference, a meeting, or similar, and signed by an "authorised person" – under permanent escort by appointed person and referred to visitors’ ID cards.

The visitors are obliged to wear on a visible place the permit (visitor’s card) always and all the time when being in UD premises. The security officers are entitled to call the persons who break the obligation for demonstrating their authorisation for entering/being in the premises.
