The University of Defence Faculty of Military Health Sciences Dean inauguration ceremony took place in Hradec Kralove on 15 January 2010 to induct colonel doc. MUDr. Roman Chlíbek, Ph.D. The ceremony was held at Faculty's academic premises in the presence of the highest representatives for the Czech military forces, University of Defence, allied faculties and military units and facilities in and around Hradec Kralove.

Chaired by the Faculty of Military Health Sciences' Academic Senate chairman lieutenant colonel MUDr. Jan Psutka, the academic community meeting was opened by University of Defence rector retired brigadier general prof. Ing. Rudolf Urban, CSc. Then, the FMHS AS chairman made the audience acquainted with the result of dean candidate elections held on 5 October 2009. In the following, the elections winner colonel doc. MUDr. Roman Chlíbek, Ph.D., took the Dean oath and came to his new office for the following four year period.
