CURRICULUM VITAE

Mr. Ladislav Koláček, LtCol. Res., born 1958. He graduated from the Military Academy in Brno in 1983, and served at various command positions at the tactical level of ground forces from 1983-2004. Completed the Signal Corps Commander Course in 1996; the Training Management at the Defence Academy in Brno in 2001.

From 2004 till 2007 he was been working as the assistant professor of the Institute of Operational and Tactical Studies of the University of Defence in Brno. Since 2008 he is a member of the lecturing staff of the Institute of Strategic and Defence Studies and the Department of Career education at the same University, respectively.

He has been dealing with the operational use of troops, general tactics and command and control in his scientific research, publications and teaching activities.
