Department of Military Management and Tactics is an elementary department of the Faculty of Economics and Management.
Our department focuses on areas of public and military management and military science. It developes science, research, review, opponent and expert activities for the benefit of the Army of the Czech Republic.
Specific Orientation:
The department belongs to essential departments of the Faculty of Economics and Management. In its specific orientation it cultivates and develops knowledge in areas of the specific management, management applied on military and the further military science with the main focus on tactics and the basis of the art of operation.
The department’s orientation is defined mainly by requirements of the Ministry of Defence. On this base the department develops scientific and research activities in given areas. It takes part in processing military publications and other normative acts; it provides review, opponent and expert activities for the benefit of the Army of the Czech Republic. It keeps and develops specific contacts with appropriate military and civil institutions and social-science institutions in the Czech Republic and abroad.
