ADAPTIV
“The Proposal and Use of New Adaptive Technologies for the Simulation and Camouflage in Operational Environment of Armed Forces of Czech Republic and for Infrastructure Protection”
The objective of defence research project titled “The Proposal and Use of New Adaptive Technologies for the Simulation and Camouflage in Operational Environment of Armed Forces of Czech Republic and for Infrastructure Protection” is a using of the perspectives, research, development, implementation and application of cybernetic computerized aided technologies, intended for a protection of troop’s forces and equipments, of the civilians and technological infrastructure and for the simulation and camouflage of military activities and targets. Project’s application form submission is a reaction to public competition enouncement of Czech Ministry of Defence research in the programme A Development of Achieved Operational Capabilities of Czech Armed Forces, 7th priority - An Improvement of Individual and Collective Protective Equipments. Application research and experimental development should be provided, with financial support of Czech Ministry of Defence - Armaments Section, by means of the equipments and forces of the University of Defence and in restricted range with service’s providers of SW developers of other organizations.

ENVIROX
“Economical and ecological contribution of the additive destined for diesel fuel which is under business designation as Envirox„
The subject of solution is verification of real economical and ecological contribution of the additive destined for diesel fuel which is under business designation as “Envirox”. In frame of solution will be realized research of additive influence to actual fuel consumption at chosen sample of equipments, quality of fuel combustion, structure of content and emission volume of exhaust fumes , stage of functions engine parts, injectors, compression spaces, internal surface of cylinders and tightness of piston rigs and maintain quality of engine oil and its consumption.

OPERKON
“Operational Concept for the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic in Joint Operations“
The project is focused mainly on the development of the operational concepts as long-term documents that directly influence both building and employment of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. This area is not yet solved in the Departement of Defense.
The aim of the Project is to develop “Draft of operational concept of the Armed Forces of the CR in joint operations” and “Methodology for the generation and development of operational concepts of the armed forces ", based on the analysis of operational concepts of the selected countries.
The project comes from a comparative analysis of similar NATO and EU countries documents and the practice of making operational concept of foreign partners. Project takes into account the anticipated development of security and operational environment and the likely demands on the ability of the armed forces in relation to the security and defense.
The project is based on the results of the NATO RTO project, Panel SAS- 066 LTSS (Long Term Scientific Study) „Joint Operations 2030“.

PRINCIP
„Analyzer base on the microfluidic principle„
To manufacture the portable µFIA-UVCL analytical measurement suitable for detection and identification of the most nitrated explosives organic and inorganic nature in bulk, vapors and particles intended for a protection of troops in a battle fields.
The principle is based on sampling of atmospheric particles and vapors with the aerosol collector employing a liquid, HPLC micro-separation, and UV reduction explosives in aqueous solution. The UV degradation products are detected on the base of chemiliuminesce reaction. An analytical procedures will be verified on explosives markers (f.e. DMDNB), on the explosives with middle vapor pressures (f.e. TNT) as well as the explosives with very low vapor pressures (HMX, RDX, PENT). Also compounds which can be find in home made explosives and in black powder (nitrates) are compounds of interest. The instrument is sufficiently rugged for its application at routine monitoring at nearly in the real time.

PROTECH
The project of defensive reconnaissance formulates a proposal of a procedural, technical solution of a automated command and control system of the Czech Artillery fire support (ASRPP-DEL) of a Battalion Task Force supporting the NEC concept. The project solves an achieving:
· The ability to share and effectively use information which forms a joint picture of the battlefield.
· The maximum compatibility with other automated command and control systems,
· The maximum possible modularity for ASRPP-DEL.
· The unification of the communication system fire support.

STRUKTURA
Aim of project is creation of optimal task force structures for various missions. The project searching improvement of modular organizational structure units on creation tasks forces. Subsequently solves use of computer simulations for evaluation ability of such tasks forces of purpose objective size up a situation to accomplishment definite operation. The project develops expert techniques for creation modular structure of tasks forces and rating their ability by computer simulations activities in various operations.

BUDOVA
„Digitized 3D image of objects and persons positions in built - up area and in building„
Within the frame of suggested defence research project will be solved problems which deals with comprehensive digitized 3D displaying of objects and persons positions in built - up area and in building. At first there will be done a description of the present state in the sphere of monitoring persons positions in built - up area and in building, how it has been done in NATO armed forces and next will be done an analysis of an operational requirements in special units and operation in missions. Subsequently there will be performed an analysis of possibility how to do with imaging objects and persons positions in Ground Forces Tactical Command and Control System of Czech Army Forces and will be processed summary of required capabilities of the system, which is able to follow persons positions in built - up area and in building. Fundamental part of this project will be a suggestion of technological solution and practical realization of a system displaying objects and persons positions in Ground Forces Tactical Command and Control System of Czech Army Forces. In the following will come processing of a suggestion and practical modification of created system with the view of its mounting on an accompanying robot system. At the end of this project will be performed an analysis of possibility how to integrate it into the project named „ Soldier of the 21. Century" and will be built - up an essential budget calculation for purchasing of this system and its implementation into the CZ armament.
