The Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Defense in Brno, significantly increased frequency of students’ and teachers’ activities in this year, which are in frame of ERASMUS. These educational exchanges are more and more requested and they are increasing prestige of universities and educational facilities in frame in EU.

 

First teacher exchange to Romania was by LTC Jaromír MAREŠ, PhD. Journey to Romania Sibiu. There were on Academy of Land Forces in Sibiu in term 9. – 12. 11. 2010 planed and thematically approved presentation cycles in logistics field – technical support in peace time and in missions. The teacher had detached three presentation blocks, 100 minutes each. These presentations were for 100 up to 240 students each. All requested classes were realized in good quality and students obtained information about organizational structure of the Czech Amy logistics, maintenance and repairs.

As rector of Academy of Land Forces Col prof. SFARLOG, PhD said: “By ERASMUS activity in Sibiu we started new milestone in our Academy and between Academy and University of Defense in Brno.” These words were noted by rector, when he awarded first attendee from University of Defense LTC Jaromír MAREŠ in front of academic senate in Sibiu as “HONORARY SENATOR” of Academy Land Forces in Sibiu.
