The Military Academy in Brno entered FEANI in 1996, when its Faculty of Military Technologies – Army Branches was registered after a successful accreditation. The Faculty of Aviation and Anti-aircraft Defence was registered three years later in 1999.  All graduates of five-year programmes at these faculties since the Military Academy foundation in 1951 obtained the right to claim the Euro Engineer degree, as long as their education is within the branch of Aviation and Anti-aircraft Defence or Military Technologies.

The realization of the Bologna Declaration outcomes brought up the need to divide the university studies into Bachelor and Master programme as well as the form of school record in the FEANI Index. The programmes are now registered separately, that is 3 + 2 years of duration.

After the University foundation in 2004 there has been a change in accreditation from the school level to its Faculty of Military Technologies which has currently its representative in the Czech monitoring committee of FEANI and thus the right to evaluate the claims of the faculty graduates to be awarded the Eur.Ing. degree.
